Costador is a unique project in Tarragona working organically to produce an array of single vineyard wines from unique mountain plots. The vineyards are very old, with the majority between 60 to 110 years and many different soil types including slate, clay and limestone.

This is Muscat from old bush vines in the Mediterranean hills of Conca de Barberà. Fermented and macerated on skins in amphora for 6 weeks before being passed to old oak barrels and foudre for 6 months. The result is an exotically perfumed wine reminiscent of souk spices, dried fruit and wild Mediterranean herbs.
