Sylvie, Philippe and their sons Pierre and Hyppolite of Bois Moisset work their 70 hectares in Gaillac, South West France, as a proper working farm, 20 hectares is under vine whilst the rest is grassland for their organic beef cattle, lentils and ancient grains for bread.

With a bit of age from the 2018 vintage, Rinsotte is a biodynamic blend of Syrah, Braucol and Duras. Natural in style; meaty and savoury with spicy raspberry, wet wood and green pepper aromas supported by an iron backbone.
