Siblings Lucie and Sébastien Cheurlin (L&S) are based in Celles-sur-Ource, a pretty commune in the heart of the Côte des Bar region of Champagne. Here they carry on the family winemaking tradition first established by their grandfather André Cheurlin, working their 5 hectares of vines organically with some biodynamic preparations. These are vivid, terroir driven grower Champagnes with striking precision and finesse.

Pluie D'Ete is a gorgeous brut rosé Champagne made from 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir. Elegant and full of soft, ripe strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant fruit with a lovely fresh and spicy finish.
