Domaine Henry Fuchs is a 10 hectare organic estate in Ribeauvillé at the heart of Alsace. The soil is a combination of limestone and marl with the former contributing complex acidity to the wines and the latter providing power and drive. All grapes are hand harvested before gentle whole bunch pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

This is a wonderfully lifted and floral Gewürztraminer with aromas redolent of rose petal, orange blossom and pot pourri. Off-dry, the 24g\L of residual sugar is amply offset by a crisp thread of acidity.
