A field blend of Palomino Fino, Palomino Jerez and Palomino Pelusón from a single vineyard called “Viña Las Vegas” planted in 1903 on Albarizas de Lentejuelas in the Pago de Carracal (Sanlúcar) at 55 meters elevation facing west towards the Atlantic Ocean. Released around 2 years after harvest, this Pago and type of chalk produces wines of distinctive elegance and finesse. Juicy and intense with aromas of ripe white fruit and quince, El Carrascal is an austere and very mineral wine with great length.
